Had to return something and it went smoothly, support was helpful when I reached out. the refund took a few days to show up but it wasn’t a big deal, overall it was fine

"Order was right, no real complaints"
I ordered from Fishermans Headquarters and everything showed up exactly like I picked it online. The sizes, colors, and lures were all correct, which was a relief because I’ve had some ridiculous mix-ups with other shops before.
The only reason I’m going with 4 stars is that the box looked a little beat up when it arrived, but thankfully nothing was missing or damaged. Overall, smooth experience and I’d order from them again.

I noticed a pattern quickly when using the site on my phone: every time I tried to narrow things down with the filters, something would glitch or not stick. It made browsing harder than it needed to be, and I ended up getting a bit frustrated.

Ordered from Fishermans Headquarters and everything showed up fine, so no complaints there. Solid. I did reach out to customer service with a question, and they eventually got back to me, but it took longer than I expected and I had to follow up once. Meh. They were friendly when they replied, just not exactly fast. Overall, it was an okay experience, but quicker responses would’ve made it better.

"Packaging seems to be the weak spot"
My order arrived with the packaging in rough shape. The box was crushed, and it didn’t look like the items inside had much protection. I’m assuming this might be a regular issue with how they pack online orders, because it felt like it could’ve been avoided. Frustrating overall.

"Great Spot for Fishing Gear"
I was really glad to find most of the lures and tackle I needed here. The selection was solid, and it made getting ready for my fishing trip a lot easier. I just wish a few more colors had been in stock, but overall I’m thankful they had so much of what I was looking for

"Shipping Was Way More Stressful Than Expected"
My order ended up arriving really late, and it was more stressful than I expected. I kept checking the tracking and wondering if it was even going to show up, which was frustrating.

I was browsing fishing gear on fishermansheadquarters.com, the prices immediately gave me pause. I had already looked at a few other sites, so seeing higher numbers here just kind of made me feel like I wasn’t making a smart buy.
Maybe some of their items are worth it for certain people, but for me, the value just wasn’t there. The more I compared, the more I felt like I’d end up regretting the purchase because it didn’t seem like I was actually getting a deal.
I ended up ordering somewhere else. I’m not saying they’re terrible, but the pricing made it really hard for me to justify spending my money there. For value, I’d give it 1 star.

"Staff really know their stuff"
I got some good help picking out gear here. You can tell the staff actually fish and knew what works, which made it easier to choose. I did take off one star because checkout is a bit slow when I was there.
